Lockzi LLC respects intellectual property rights. If you are a rights holder, or authorized to act for one, and believe content on lockzi.net infringes your rights, you can report it.
How to report
Email [email protected] with the subject "IP Report" and include the report details listed below. Every listing page on lockzi.net also has a "Report copyright infringement" link at the bottom that brings you to this page.
What happens next
- Intake: we acknowledge your report within 1 business day.
- Review: we check the report is complete (rights holder, listing link, proof of ownership, good-faith statement). If anything is missing we ask for it.
- Action: for a complete report we disable the listing within 2 business days and notify the creator, including your claim.
- Counter notice: the creator may respond. If the rights holder does not file a court action within 10 business days, the listing may be restored.
- Repeat infringers: a creator with 2 valid reports is suspended and payouts are held pending review.
- Records: every report, action and date is logged. Buyers of removed listings are refunded.
Report details to include
- Your name, company, and role (rights holder or authorized agent)
- Your email and phone number
- Description of the work you own, with a link or proof of ownership
- URL(s) of the Lockzi listing(s) you say infringe
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act for the owner
- Your signature (typed name is fine)
